Cancellation and refund policy

Indiedex sells digital subscriptions: Page Plus and Creator / Founder Pro (prices on the pricing page). They are priced in INR in India and in USD, EUR or GBP elsewhere. The checkout shows the plan, amount, currency and duration before payment, and that amount is the full amount charged. Monthly plans automatically renew with your authorization, for up to 120 monthly cycles, until cancelled. Yearly access is a single payment for 365 days and never renews automatically. Paid features are activated when payment is confirmed (see service delivery). Your public Page and free features remain available without a purchase. Features marked Planned are not included.

Sign in, open Dashboard → Billing and choose Cancel future renewals. Cancellation stops all future charges; paid access continues until the end of the period already paid. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period. Pending subscriptions can be cancelled before the first charge. Deleting your account cancels any monthly renewal first. Yearly access has no renewal to cancel. Payments for these plans are currently processed by Razorpay, which handles payment authorizations; Indiedex does not receive or store card numbers. If we add another payment provider, checkout will show which one handles your payment and this policy will be updated first.

Contact support promptly if you paid twice, were charged incorrectly or paid access was not delivered. Include your Indiedex account and payment reference; never send passwords, card details or API keys. We investigate and confirm eligible refunds individually through the original payment method. Bank and provider processing times vary. Statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected.

Payments are received by the operator of Indiedex, Zyvrus Private Limited. Contact us for billing or cancellation problems. If payment succeeded but access is pending, check Billing before making a second payment. Terms of use apply.
