Service delivery (shipping policy)

Indiedex is an online service. Page Plus and Creator / Founder Pro are digital subscriptions used in your Indiedex account at indiedex.xyz. There are no physical goods, so there is no shipping, shipping charge or delivery address.

You must be signed in to buy. Paid features are switched on for that account automatically once the payment provider confirms the payment was captured; normally this happens as soon as checkout completes. Billing in your dashboard shows the plan and when access ends.

A monthly plan stays active while its renewals are paid. Yearly access lasts 365 days from payment. You can renew it manually during its final 30 days, and the new 365 days start when the current period ends.

Open Dashboard → Billing before paying again. If a payment was taken but your plan isn't active, email info@zyvrus.com with your account email and the payment reference. Payments for access that was not delivered are refunded as described in the cancellation and refund policy.
