Delete or correct your data

Sign in, open Dashboard → Settings, and use Delete account. Review the confirmation before submitting: this removes the account and associated public page, owned links and account-linked records according to their relationships. You can unpublish instead if you only want to hide your page.

Email info@zyvrus.com from the address associated with your account, or provide your public page URL and explain the request. We may need proportionate evidence of control before deleting data. Do not send a password, API key or unsolicited identity document. We will tell you if clarification is needed.

Public-source business, game and creator records may exist independently of an account. Identify their URLs when requesting correction or removal. Limited moderation, fraud-prevention, legal/dispute records and backups may remain where justified. Backups follow the deployment operator’s retention and recovery policies. We cannot remove content from the original platform.

Contact support to identify any platform data associated with your account and request its removal. You can also revoke permissions through that platform’s account settings. For Google permissions, use Google account permissions. Indiedex’s current YouTube discovery uses public information and does not require viewers to connect a YouTube account.
