A Rush of Blood to the Head

A Rush of Blood to the Head is the second studio album by the British rock band Coldplay. It was released on 26 August 2002 by Parlophone in the United Kingdom, and a day later by Capitol in the United States. Recorded after the band achieved global popularity through their debut record, Parachutes (2000), the album features greater use of the electric guitar and piano, with co-production from Ken Nelson.
